Kevin and Danielle,
We got our Tamaskan from you at the beginning of January, she was part of
the Tundra Tumble liter in the end of November 08. Since becoming part of
our family Nora has been doing great. She gets along well with our two young
children, she loves to play outside and she makes a great companion. Whenever
we take her on an outing everyone comments on how beautiful she is and how
well behaved she is. Most people want to know what type of dog she is as well.
We feed Nora a completely raw diet and she has thrived on it. Our vet is very
impressed with her. Thank you for this wonderful experience and for a very loved
member of our family.
Thanks again,

Kevin and Danielle,
It did not take Maya long to adjust to her new home. I set up a puppy corral
in the dining room(the center of the open floor plan) so that she
could be part of the action at all times. She loves to play with her
toys and would do so all day long if she didn’t have to sleep now and
then. My biggest concern was put to rest immediately- the very first
night. At only 9 weeks old, Maya amazed me with her potty abilities.
I put her in a crate near the bed and she whimpered to be let outside
only once during the first two nights. Since has since slept through
the night- never an accident has happened since I brought her home.
What a very good puppy! So intelligent and comes to her name when
called. "We" begin training classes in a few weeks and I will keep
you up to date with her progress.
Thanks again,
Lisa

Hi Kevin and Danielle,
Hi guys. This is Bob in Pennsylvania. I bought a Tamaskan Wolfdog from you at
the beginning of the year. She was born on November 30th I believe. I named her
Shiloh, I wanted you to see how beautiful she is turning out. She is a
great pet and companion. She listens to me like you wouldn't believe.
My friends are amazed at how well she listens.
Thanks again and I will update you again soon,
Bob

Hi Kevin and Danielle,
I wanted to send you both a quick email to let you know how my shiba
Maverick is doing. Mav's parents were Kobe and Annie. As you can see
from the attached photo he is doing great and at a little over a year
weighs 22.9 lbs. He absolutely loves being outside and whether its
playing in the snow or walking at the beach he is always full of ambition.
Maverick is also great with other dogs. I began socializing him young
and now when I take him to a dog park he always gets along with the
others and has a good time. My best friend has a boxer and Maverick
will play and wrestle with him regularly even though the boxer is about
three times his size. And lastly, he is incredibly smart. He knows many
tricks inlcuding rollover, fetch, leave it, dancing, and giving high five.
Thanks again and I will update you again soon,

Hi! Kevin and Danielle,
I just wanted to let you know that our puppy is doing great.
We named him Taz. He is so cute, loving, and very playful.
He is getting along great with our yellow lab Daisy, and loves to
play with everyone. Thank you for helping us bring such a wonderful new
addition to our family. I have attached some pictures of Taz. Everyone
that sees him, thinks he is beautiful. I hope both of you are doing well.
Take care, and I will stay in touch.
Thank You,

Hello Kevin and Danielle
Hello again. :) I was taking pictures and just thought I'd send you an update on Keiko, Dakota's only daughter.
She's a lovely puppy. She is officially 4.5 months old, and is definitely a
sweetheart with a bit of a devilish streak. I have her enrolled in puppy
kindergarten, and she is frighteningly intelligent. She has almost mastered
roughly six commands, and we are working on others. Within the next month
she will move on to a weekly Basic Canine Good Citizen class, and if I can
afford it I plan on enrolling her in a weekly Agility class for pups and
beginners. I gradually switched her food to 'Taste of the Wild', which ranked
6 out of 6 stars on www.dogfoodanalysis.com. She loves it! She is fully
vaccinated and makes almost daily trips to the local dog park for roughly an
hour at a time, plus a daily walk or to (as long as there's no risk of
frost bite). She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children
(although some aren't very fond of her puppy-ish mouthing habit),
and as long as she is thoroughly exercised she is a joy to be around. :)
Thank you for giving me an amazing dog! If I ever choose to adopt another
pup (or homeless adult), I'll definitely come back to you
(and refer others if need be).
Once again, we thank-you.

Hello Kevin and Danielle

I want to say thank-you for such a wonderful puppy. We named her Amber.
When she arrived to the airport she seemed just fine. We took her out of the crate and
she snuggled up with me all the way home.
She did not quiver or shake or seem nervous at all.
She appears to be well adjusted, and adapted to us and believe it or not Potty
trained. (It has been a few days now and no accidents) I am amazed.
She is alert, loving, and used to sleeping in her crate. I leave the door and she just
goes in to it to sleep. She plays a lot and loves to prance around so proudly.
She is so sweet and good. It seems like she is comfortable around people. She is a perfect dog.
Once again, we thank-you.

Hi Kevin and family. I was just writing to let you know that Nixon arrived on time and safely yesterday.
He is doing absolutely great, and he is adapting very well to his new environment. He's doing normal puppy
things like exploring, and learning and he really is smart. In just one day he learned to come on command(to his name),
and how to sit. I've had dogs before, but this little guys really is sharp. Anyways, I attached some photos of him
and his new friend the turtle. Thanks so much for all the wonderful help and support from all of you at rightpuppy,
and for making it a wonderful experience. I'll check in when he's older and let you know how your first
Canadian pup is doing!
Thanks a million.

I just wanted send a special thanks to you both for bringing us together with our little Maizie. She fits into our
little family wonderfully and seems really happy! She was shy and sad the first couple days, missing her litter
and mom but boy has gotten comfortable fast! She is running around playing and snuggling with us like this has been
home all along! She is so incredibly smart, independent and adventurous - everything I love about Shibas she is the
epitome of! We can't wait until hiking season to let her exert her natural instincts to the fullest. And we're so
impressed with her potty training, no accidents since we showed her where outside was! She is such a sweetheart
and a bustle of energy, we're just so happy to have her in our family! Thanks again so much - and especially
for all the trouble to get her up our way, we appreciate it greatly!
Best wishes

I am unbelievably impressed with my Tamaskan puppy, Sego, (saygo). His temperament is excellent, its obvious
RightPuppy Kennel spends time socializing these pups. Everywhere I go people are asking me what kind of dog
he is. Is he a wolf? Some kind of Malamute cross? A true headturner. I have been using a leash with
him but I am quickly learning that he does better without one. Sego follows me everywhere, in
the backyard or in the mountains, he never ventures too far and a quick call brings him right back.
The local vet was very impressed with his mellow temperament and again the patrons there were intrigued as
to what kind of dog he is. I am very pleased not only with my decision to purchase a Tamaskan from
RightPuppy Kennel but with the care and attention you and Danielle gave me during this process.
Thank you very much for an outstanding puppy

We came across the Tamaskan breed about a year ago and shortly after found
information about your involvement with the breed. You and your family have been
wonderful in helping us choose a puppy. Our puppy (Kiba) arrived happy, healthy,
and ready to love. He was remarkably clean (much to our pleasure) and was obviously
well socialized. He is always happy to meet new people and has no problem playing with
the other dogs that are three times his size. He is excellent at staying with us on
walks and is a trooper about keeping up. We have had Kiba a little over a week and he
has gone on several hikes in the woods already. He climbs and runs with all the energy of
a wolf! Thank you for the wonderful puppy and all your help along the way.
Thanks

The first time I saw a Shiba Inu was in a pet store in Knoxville about 3 years ago.
I thought he was the cutest dog I had ever seen. I decided to do some research about
the dog, so I could learn more about what the dog was like. After dong so, I knew a
Shiba was the dog for me. I had to wait some time, so I could actually have time for
the dog as I was still in college at the time. When I moved to Charlotte, I knew it
was time. I looked around online and saw Kevin's ad. The fact that he was local
made me happy as I could actually see the dogs before I decided to purchase one.
Kevin was very helpful with any questions I had and I could tell that he really
loved his dogs and they were happy dogs, well taken care of.
I brought Bailey home back in October. At first, he was a bit shy and was nervous.
He cried during the night often and seemed to miss his family. After a few days though,
he started to warm up to us (fiancee and me) and accepted us. He grew so quickly.
Now he is a hefty 25 pounds at 5 and a half months!! He always gets so excited to
see me when I get home from work, he runs to the gate and sits eagerly with his
tail wagging, and greets me with kisses for about 30 seconds, runs to his ball
and gets it so we can play fetch! We take him to the dog park several times a
week, so he can play with other dogs and he is afraid of none. Yesterday, he was trying
to push around a boxer several times his size! It did not work for him, but he did
not care, he kept trying. Bailey has grown to be part of our family and I am so
happy I got him. In a few years I would like to get another Shiba and I know exactly
where I am going to get the puppy!
Thanks

When I started looking for my next companion I went to www.akc.org where I was originally looking for a
Siberan Huskey. Not being sure I wanted a dog that big I decided to continue my search and found a shorter
haired breed that resembled a Siberian Huskey. The "Shiba Inu". What a cutie! The perfect size! Males
14½ inches to 16½ inches. Females 13½ inches to 15½ inches. 23 pounds for males, 17 pounds for females.
Sounded like a match for my family. I kept researching. I wanted a watchdog with little to no grooming.
Shiba Inus tend to only shed twice a year. Shiba Inus are able to withstand the rigors of outdoor life
as well as enjoying the comfort of indoor dwelling. I thought - I have found my breed. Now to find a puppy. I
do not like the idea of "flying" a puppy across country, although it is possible, so I looked for puppies
available in North Carolina. That is when I found Kevin. He had two litters. Shiba Inus normally have
4 puppies per litter. I emailed Kevin and he sent pictures of his Shiba Inus and the puppies. They
were adorable. Even better Kevin was within driving distance. It did not take long to know I had found
my breeder and puppy. I could tell right away Kevin loved his Shiba Inus and was willing to share his
breed with others. He kept me up to date with all the progress the puppies were making. Finally the
puppies were ready for adoption. My husband, daughter and I met Kevin with our new addition. We could
tell he knew Shiba Inus. His adult Shiba Inus were well taken care of. Having a hobby he loves - He
is ready to expand and create a "Shiba Paradise". He is well on his way! We have kept in touch since
we met and discuss my Shiba Inu's process. I would recommend a Shiba Inu to anyone who wants an energetic
companion with little maintenance. The best thing was to find out my Shiba Inu was already on the way
to being POTTY TRAINED! It has been a week with no accidents!

Thank you so much for the wonderful puppy! He is so sweet. He is eating the mush and drinking water all the time.
We have only had one potty accident. We have named him Simba. He and our other dog get along so good. Simba thinks
he is a tuff guy! He isn’t intimidated by Layla’s (the other dog) size at all. He tries to get her tail and
jumps up and bites her face. He is so playful. He seems to love me a lot. When we got Layla, she was a
birthday present for me. She took to my husband so well ever since she came home. This dog is
going to be so loved. We want another Shiba sometime in the future. You and your daughter take wonderful care of
your dogs and puppies.
Let me tell you how smart he is! I thought I would try to teach him a few things last night, but I wasn’t
expecting anything great since he is still pretty young. I started with sit, it took 3 times for me to say
“sit” and show him what to do, and he picked it right up! I was amazed, so I went to lay down. That took 5
times and now he does it on command every time. He is so great and sooo smart.
Thanks again so much!
Amanda
